Storage and connection
The public code uses browser storage for language, preferences, some backup data and consent choice. Firebase Authentication uses session persistence. The authentication module is initialized by the web application, including prior to connection; its actual technical exchanges remain to be verified by a network survey.
Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement
In this version of the code, Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag (AW-18508793835) are only loaded after the positive choice "Accept Measurement". Google Ads measures the activity related to advertising campaigns. Refusal does not block the site. Advertising customization and improved conversion user data remain disabled. The choice is kept for six months; its removal erases Google's targeted first-party cookies, then reloads the page. Third-party cookies may require separate controls. This code inspection must be supplemented by a network test after deployment.
Change your choice
Use "Managing Cookies" in the footer of lmain web application. Refusal must not block public procurement. This static page does not load the Firebase SDK. Google tags remain subject to the same choice of consent as on the rest of the site.
