Read before use

CETIN Market presents courses, analyses, scores, biases, alerts and events for general information. Contracts involve a risk of partial or total loss of capital. No performance, result, execution or alert receipt is guaranteed.

This page describes the main risks but does not replace the product documentation, the conditions of your intermediary, or an assessment tailored to your situation.

General information and personalized advice

The service does not collect your financial situation, goals and risk tolerance to recommend an appropriate transaction. Content is not presented as a personalized investment advice or a purchase or sales instruction. Personalised advice has a specific definition under the MiFID II Directive and the Doctrine AMF DOC-2008-23.

Important: The absence of personalized advice is not sufficient to exclude any other rule. A public analysis or signal suggesting a strategy on a financial instrument may, depending on its wording and context, fall within the scope of the investment recommendations of the Abus Market Regulation and the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/958. The content, sources, dates, methods and possible conflicts of interest should therefore be examined on a case-by-case basis.

CETIN Market's effective perimeter

On the date of this page, CETIN Market does not receive deposits, retain assets, manage no portfolio, hold no broker identifiers and execute no orders. Consultation of an analysis does not constitute an opening of a trading account.

The page does not claim to have an AMF approval, nor to have a regulator's approval. Any new function of individual counselling, intermediation, transaction-related remuneration or transmission of orders would require a new legal analysis before commissioning.

Capital loss and past performance

A price can change quickly and unfavorably. A position may lose all the affected capital; Depending on the product, the counterparty and the applicable protections, there may be an additional obligation. Past performance, backtests, examples and hypothetical scenarios do not prejudge future results.

Don't commit any necessary amounts for essential expenses, debt repayment or your precautionary savings. No high score turns a risky operation into a safe operation.

Leverage effect, margin and liquidation

The lever amplifies the favorable and unfavourable movements. It can result in a margin call, forced closure or rapid loss, even for a limited variation of the underlying. The level of leverage allowed and the protections depend on the product, the jurisdiction and the intermediary.

The CETIN calculator produces an estimate from the entered parameters. It does not replace your broker's margin and fee simulation. The rules of execution may cause the actual loss of the estimated loss to diverge.

Volatility, liquidity, spread and slippage

When a macroeconomic announcement, a central bank decision, a market opening or low liquidity, the spread can expand. An order may be executed at a price other than that observed; it may be refused or partially executed in accordance with the rules of the intermediary.

Price gaps, suspensions and variations during market closures may prevent exit at the desired level. A warning threshold or a stop envisaged does not guarantee the final price.

Differences between instruments

A XAUUSD, COPPER, US500, DXY or BTCUSD sheet describes a market or reference; It does not define the product you are negotiating on its own. A CFD, future, ETF, cash purchase and crypto-active do not have the same fees, fees, retention risks or protections.

CFDs are complex and risky products, often leveraged: AMF — risks CFD. Crypto-actives also expose to volatility, fraud, breakdowns and loss of access means: AMF — cryptoactive.

Macroeconomic change, rates and risks

Foreign currency pairs, indices and commodities respond to rates, inflation, employment, political decisions and crises. The correlation between markets changes over time. An increase in gold or an index does not guarantee the direction of another instrument.

If your account is denominated in another currency, the conversion and its fees may change the final result. Publication deadlines and times may be revised.

Quality, delay and source of data

Data are derived from third-party flows and may be indicative, delayed, aggregated, corrected, outdated or absent. A price displayed by CETIN Market may differ from the executable price at your intermediary. Check the source, time zone, time stamping and LIVE, DELAYED, STALE, CLOSED or UNAVAILABLE status when this information is available.

A network shutdown, API limitation, supplier failure or cache can leave an old value on the screen. Do not make an urgent decision from an isolated price, screenshot or data that is not checked for freshness. See Sources and method et Data status.

Scores, biases, scenarios and horizons

The CETIN Score, bias, trust, technical levels and scenarios synthesize internal rules. They are not probabilities of success, a ranking of products appropriate to your profile or an independent performance history. M5, M15, H1 and H4 horizons can give different readings.

The rules, assumptions and limits are explained in Sources and method. Any presentation similar to a general investment recommendation must be assessed in the light of the applicable regime, in particular for objective presentation and conflicts of interest.

Alerts and notifications

An alert indicates that a chosen or calculated condition has been detected. It does not mean that an operation must be carried out. It may occur after movement, be blocked by a network or device, not be emitted or no longer relevant to playback.

Macro and price notifications are tracking tools, not security or execution systems. Check directly the market and sources before any action.

Fees, taxation and intermediary risk

Spreads, commissions, financing overnight, conversions, inactivity and taxes reduce the net profit. The conditions vary according to the products and intermediaries. CETIN Market does not calculate your taxation or the adequacy of a product to your wealth.

Check the identity, authorization, fees, fund protection rules and claim procedures of any intermediary through your country's official records.

Fraud and fraud

Beware of guaranteed earnings, artificial urgency, filing requests to unlock a withdrawal, fake social accounts, and requests for code sharing or recovery phrases. CETIN Market does not ask you to pay for a "guaranteed signal" and does not take control of a brokerage account.

Check the URL and the identity of the interlocutors; Report a usurpation to contact@cetinmarket.com.

Advertising, partnerships and conflicts of interest

Compensation by a supplier, broker, advertising or affiliate program may create a conflict of interest. If such a relationship exists, it must be clearly indicated, particularly in the vicinity of the content concerned, and must not be concealed in this general warning.

The possibility of a future partnership does not mean that there is already or a regulator or supplier approving CETIN Market analyses. Comparative content and classification criteria must remain explicatable and verifiable.

Questions to be asked before a decision is taken

Before any transaction: Do you understand the exact product, the maximum amount you could lose, the lever and the costs? Is the data sufficiently recent and confirmed elsewhere? Do your budget and your precautionary savings remain protected? Is the intermediary authorized and identified? Is your decision influenced by an emergency, past loss or promise of gain?

If an answer is uncertain, take a step back. An authorized professional can help you assess your personal situation; This warning is not an individualised legal or financial advice.
