Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel?
At any time, free of charge, from your account: Account > Plans, “Manage my subscription” button, which opens Stripe’s secure customer portal. Renewal stops; Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid, then the account returns to the free plan. Details: terms of sale, section 5.
How does payment work?
By card, on Stripe’s secure checkout page (checkout.stripe.com). CETIN Market never receives or stores your card number. Premium is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed and a confirmation email is sent.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes, for the same period (one month or one year) until you cancel. For the annual plan you are notified before renewal. Any price increase is announced by email at least 30 days before it applies. See terms of sale, section 4.
What about the right of withdrawal?
Premium is digital content supplied immediately. At checkout, a checkbox asks you to confirm immediate access and waive the 14-day withdrawal period. Refund cases are described in the terms of sale, sections 6 and 7.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. The Discovery plan only needs a free Google account, with no card and no time limit. Prices and charts can be viewed even without an account.
