Terms of sale for the CETIN Market Premium subscription
What applies when you subscribe to Premium: offer, price, payment, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal and refunds. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Seller and scope
CETIN Market (cetinmarket.com and the Android app) is published and sold by Sami CETIN, an individual based in Haute-Savoie, France. Contact: contact@cetinmarket.com. See also the legal notice.
These terms of sale apply to every paid “Premium” subscription taken out on the website or in the app. They complement the terms of use, the privacy policy and the financial risk warning. For the sale of the subscription, these terms prevail.
2. Offer and price
A free account gives access to prices, charts and analysis summaries for part of the catalogue, with no payment card.
Premium gives access to detailed analyses of the catalogue instruments (bias, scores, factors), the M5, M15, H1 and H4 timeframes, key indicators and levels, cross-market relationships, analysis history and an extended number of personal alerts, within the limits of available data.- Monthly Premium: €7.90 per month;
- Annual Premium: €79 per year.
The price shown at payment is the total price you pay for the period. Some data may be delayed or unavailable depending on sources; Premium guarantees neither the permanent availability of each instrument nor any financial result.
3. Order and payment
Subscribing requires a signed-in CETIN Market account with a verified email address. Before paying, you choose the plan (monthly or annual), accept these terms and request immediate access (see section 6).
Payment is made by card on the secure Stripe page (checkout.stripe.com). CETIN Market never receives or stores your card number. Premium access is activated as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, and a confirmation email is sent to you.
4. Term and automatic renewal
The subscription runs for one month (monthly plan) or one year (annual plan) from the subscription date. It renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price, and the amount is charged to the payment method saved with Stripe at each renewal, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
For the annual plan, French consumer law (articles L215-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code) requires that you be informed between three months and one month before the end of the period of your right not to renew. If you were not informed, you may end the contract free of charge at any time after the renewal date, and amounts paid for the period after termination are refunded.
Any price change will be announced by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal; you may cancel before that date.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, from your account: Account > Plans, “Manage my subscription” button, which opens Stripe’s secure customer portal where you can cancel the renewal. You can also email contact@cetinmarket.com from your account address.
Cancelling stops automatic renewal. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the period already paid, after which your account returns to the free plan. The current period is not refunded pro rata, except in the cases set out in sections 4, 6 and 7. Deleting your account also stops renewal.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer, you normally have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason. CETIN Market applies this right to all customers, whatever their country.
Immediate access and waiver. Premium is digital content supplied immediately after payment. When subscribing, a checkbox asks you to confirm that you request immediate access to Premium and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code). A subscription confirmation email is sent to you after payment. If you do not wish to waive this right, do not subscribe and contact us.If for any reason this express consent was not validly obtained, you may withdraw within 14 days by sending a clear statement to contact@cetinmarket.com, for example: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the CETIN Market Premium subscription taken out on [date], name [name], account email [email].” The refund is then made within 14 days using the same payment method.
7. Refunds and complaints
Apart from the right of withdrawal and cases provided for by law, periods that have started are not refunded. A payment taken in error (double payment, renewal after a confirmed cancellation) is refunded in full after verification.
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services. For any complaint (access not activated, malfunction, disputed charge), email contact@cetinmarket.com with your account email. Before disputing a payment with your bank, please contact us: we can often fix the issue faster.
8. Nature of the service: no investment advice
CETIN Market analyses are general information produced automatically from market data. They do not take your personal situation into account and are neither investment advice, nor a personalised recommendation, nor an invitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. CETIN Market executes no orders and holds no funds.
Financial markets, especially leveraged products (CFDs, forex, crypto-assets), carry a high risk of loss, which may exceed the capital invested. You alone are responsible for your decisions. See the financial risk warning.
9. Liability
CETIN Market uses reasonable efforts to provide an available service and accurate data, without guaranteeing the absence of interruption, delay or error, particularly for data from third-party providers. CETIN Market is not liable for financial losses resulting from investment decisions made using the service.
These limits do not apply in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor to mandatory rights the law grants you, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
10. Personal data
Data needed for the subscription (account, email, Stripe identifiers, payment history) is processed to perform the contract and meet legal obligations. Card data is processed by Stripe. Details and your rights: privacy policy.
11. Consumer mediation
In case of a dispute, please contact contact@cetinmarket.com first. Under French law you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Mediator: being appointed — contact details will be published here.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Failing an amicable solution, disputes are brought before the competent courts under the applicable legal rules.
13. Changes and contact
The terms that apply are those in force on the date of subscription or renewal. Any significant change is announced to subscribers by email before it applies. Questions: contact@cetinmarket.com.
